Upon graduating from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1983, Bob worked for the insurance defense firm Beckley, Singleton, DeLanoy & Jemison and the firm of Gregory T. Hafen, Chtd. Bob then joined the law firm Edward & Bernstein in Reno and became the supervising trial and litigation attorney for Edward M. Bernstein & Associates. He leveraged this experience to start his own law firm alongside Graham Galloway in 1998. The two attorneys partnered for 25 years until Graham’s retirement in 2023, whereupon Bob became a solo practitioner, continuing to use his extensive knowledge and experience to maximize results for his clients. Bob is also a member of the Academy of Trucking Accident Attorneys.
